The inaugural event of the 2024 Farmers Bank & Trust Junior Golf Tour teed off last Tuesday, March 26th, with a strong showing of over 20 junior golfers eager to showcase their skills.

Conner Foster from Emmet, Arkansas, carried forward his winning streak from the previous season, clinching first place in the Boys 15+ division with an impressive score of 38. Meanwhile, in the Boys 13-14 division, Addison Cross of Texarkana emerged victorious with a stellar under par score of 34, closely followed by Jayden Tanner of Foreman, Arkansas, who secured second place with a score of 36.

Roman Phillips of Texarkana demonstrated exceptional prowess in the Boys 11-12 division, seizing the top spot with a score of 42, while Sawyer Hopkins trailed behind with a score of 51. Micah Glick maintained his dominance from the previous season in the Boys 9-10 division, clinching first place with a score of 47, closely pursued by Buck Hawkins of Texarkana with a score of 51. Paxton Britt of Shreveport, Louisiana, showcased remarkable talent in the Coed 8 & under division, securing first place with a score of 59.

Among the girls, newcomer Adalyn Seale claimed victory in the Girls 13-14 division with a score of 55. In the Girls 9-10 division, Molly Phillips emerged triumphant with a score of 54, while Ella Grace White secured second place with a score of 70.

The Farmers Bank & Trust Junior Golf Tour, comprising five tournaments held in the Spring, welcomes aspiring junior golfers aged 19 and under, who have not yet attended college. The upcoming tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, April 11th, 2024, at the Texarkana Country Club.
